I think it may only be certain videos, possibly with the h. If it is not the cable it could also be the graphics card, try a different output type e.

Not sure how really to fix it tho. I had the problem on Win 7 and Win 8 so I don't think it's a driver issue.

Aug 2, at 1: I did the test with the flashlight and I can briefly see an image on screen before the backlight comes back on but it's not there constantly. Tested on a diff comp or if poss h2409hds onboard gpu on the mb instead of the gfx card?

Use this for gfx card driver removal. The viewing angle was quite appalling, too. Not sure what info you'll need so will answer any questions as promptly as I can.

Jul 31, at Does anyone have any ideas on what's causing it because it's starting to do my head in! How old is it btw? Compared to other monitors it's rather pricey for a incher. Good for Tetris and bank statements, not for a lot else.

Log in or Sign up. Although, if it's one of the business grade monitors with onsite warranty they are very good. In fact, when compared to the inch Dell E I've been using for the past few months in the office, the display is far poorer. I'll give that a try, appreciate the help!
